Section # 11 - Company Chat Room

Request a Chat- A
- If someone is logged into a project, their name will show up in this list. Push the button to drop the list, then click each user with whom you would like to chat. Then press it again to close the list.
- This feature is most useful for protecting you from overwriting each other's work.
Chat Session - B
- This button will toggle On/Off. If the button is On (animated)), then the Interface will continuously load the Chat Log. The chat session will start automatically if you upload a message.
Printable Chat Log - C
- Push this button to generate a printable version of the chat log in a new window.
Clear Chat Log - D
- Push this button to erase all entries from the chat log.
Chat Upload Text - E
- Click the text box and start typing. When you are ready to upload the message to the chat log, just press ENTER. (punctuation is limited)
Chat Log - F
- This window will display the contents of the chat log. When a chat session is active, it will display the log at the last entry.
- If you wish to copy the text, just click and highlight it, then copy (Ctrl+C). Selecting or scrolling the text will end the chat session, just start it up again when you're ready.
Chat Log Scroll Bar- G
- Click and drag this bar up or down to scroll through the chat log..
