Section # 10 - Company Information

Company Name - A
- Enter the your company name here.
Company Information - B
- Enter the text you wish to display in the title block and on the cover page. It can be used for contact info, company address.. etc.
Title Block Logo - C
- Enter the filename (without ".jpg") for the logo file you wish to use in the Title Block.
Cover Page Logo - D
- The cover page can display a different logo if you wish. Enter the filename (without ".jpg") for the logo file you wish to use.
Save Company Information - E
- Push this button to save the company information. If you changed the logo names, it will reload them now.
FTP Image Folder - F
- This button will open your FTP image folder in a new window. You then drag and drop your ".jpg" file from your computer to the folder. Please see the FTP Folder page for details on image types and requirements.

User Profiles

Refresh User Profiles - G
- Push this button to refresh the list from the server.
Clear Entry Fields - H
- Push this button if you wish to clear the user profile entry fields.
User Name - I
- Enter or edit the User's name here.
User Password - J
- Enter or edit the User's password here.
User Access Level - K
- Push the arrow buttons to adjust the User's access level.
  1. Level 1 - Everything
  2. Level 2 - Projects & (in the future: product database mgt.)
  3. Level 3 - Projects Only
Update/Add User Profile - L
- After entering the User's information, hit ENTER or click this button to either Update or Add the user's information.
Edit User Profile - M
- Push this button (per profile) to select the user for editing. The info can then be edited in the green user fields.
Toggle User Deletion - N
- Push this button (per profile) to select the user for deletion. It will display a red X if it is selected. You can push the button again to clear it.
Delete Selected Users - O
- Push this button to delete all selected users from the server.
Hide/Show Passwords - P
- Push this button to Hide or Show the users passwords.
Scroll Bar - Q
- Click and drag this bar up or down to scroll through the user list.
