Section # 7 - Report Generation

• Layout Option - these options are saved to the project files
  • Document Title - A
    • This button will toggle On/Off. If the button is On (checked), the document will display the Title at the top of the first page. This feature is available in case you disable the browser's header when printing. (default is Off).
  • System Title - B
    • This button will toggle On/Off. If the button is On (checked), the document will display the system title above or beside the corresponding product in the report. (default is On).
  • Banner-Logo - C
    • This button will toggle On/Off. If the button is On (checked), the document will display the Banner at the top of the first page. To use this feature you must upload an image named "banner.jpg" to your FTP Folder. You may just use a copy of your logo if you wish, but you may need to resize it before upload to suit your preferences. (default is Off).
  • Borders - D
    • This button will toggle On/Off. If the button is On (checked), the document will display borders around the lines of the report. (default is On).
• Content Options
  • Include This Page - E
    • This button will toggle On/Off. If the button is On (checked), then this page and it's icons will be included in the report. Each page can be turned On or Off independently. (Default is On)
  • Include All Layers - F
    • This button will toggle On/Off. If the button is On (checked), icons from all layer (including the layers turned Off) will be included in the report. This feature is useful for generating reports for specific system types. (Default is On)
  • Report This Page Only- G
    • This button will toggle On/Off. If the button is On (checked), the report will only include the icons on this page. When this is on, the "Include This Page" button will be ignored. (Default is Off).
• Generate Report
• Equipment List by Room - Floor - H
  • Push this button to generate a printable equipment list for each room and floor of the project.
• Equipment List - Total - I
  • Push this button to generate a printable equipment list for the entire project.
• Room Assignment Window - J
  • When you mouse-over an icon, this window will display the room the icon is assigned to. This can help in troubleshooting reports.
• Notes and Instructions - K
  • This window will display notes for each button and option.
