Section # 3 - Project List

• New Project Name - A
  • Enter the name you wish to use for the new project. Characters are restricted to letters and numbers.
• Create New Project - B
  • After you enter a new project name, hit ENTER or push this button to open the new project.
• Refresh Project List - C
  • Push this button to refresh the list form the server.
• Load Project - D
  • Push this button (per project) to open the listed project. If someone is logged into it, you will need to override their login to open it.
• Project Notes - E
  • When you mouse-over a project to load, the Project Notes will be displayed here.
  • When you mouse-over an override button, the user and login time will be displayed.
• Override Login - F
  • If someone is logged into the project you wish to open, this button will display as a green light. Mouse-over the button to see who logged in when. The information is displayed in the project notes window.
  • If you wish to override, just push this button and the project will load. Overriding someone's login will stop them from saving the file if they are working on it.
• Toggle Project Deletion - N
  • Push this button (per project) to select the project for deletion. It will display a red X if it is selected. You can push the button again to clear it.
• Delete Selected Projects - H
  • Push this button to delete all selected projects from the server.
• Sort Project List - I
  • Push this button to sort the list by Last Save Date or by Name.
• Scroll Bar - J
  • Click and drag this bar up or down to scroll through the project list.
