Internet Explorer is the only browser I recommend using with the Interface. Any other browser may have adverse affects.

Flash Player 7.0 plugin is required to run the Interface, it comes standard on most newer computers. If you do not have it, your browser should prompt you to download and install. It's free, and safe... direct from Macromedia.

If the login screen doesn't open, perhaps your POP-UP BLOCKER is causing the problem. The Interface runs full screen for maximum visibility and data integrity. All reports, FTP folder and help files are opened in pop-up windows. There will never be pop-up advertisements or links, only proprietary program features.

Please disable the pop-up blocker, accept the site, or add the site's address to the list.

If that didn't work... you have three options:

  1. Try checking/changing your browser's security settings. Click here for instructions.
  2. Open it in the current window... (BEWARE, some features will not work without them)
  3. Call or email me, I will do my best to help you login.
